Scope of application:

High precision grinding machine features:
1. Using interval automatic spray device, spray interval time can be set freely. Its working principle is that the stirring start-up grinding liquid can automatically flow through the drop pipe to the grinding disc, and the flow rate can be adjusted according to the requirements (see the specific adjustment of the drop pump manual).
2. The flatness of the grinding disc can reach ±0.002mm; The flatness of the workpiece with a diameter of 50mm can reach 1/4 wavelength. The flatness of the workpiece after processing can reach ±0.0005mm
3. The grinding machine parts can be pressurized by pressing the weight block, and the pressure is adjustable;
4. The series grinding machine adopts the switch press and twist control system, and the rotation speed and timing of the grinding disc can be directly set on the control panel.

High precision grinding machine equipment principle:
1. The grinding machine is a precision grinding equipment, the grinding material is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the correction wheel drives the workpiece to rotate, the gravity pressure is applied to the workpiece, and the workpiece and the grinding disc are relative running friction to achieve the purpose of grinding.
2. The disc repairing machine uses the hydraulic suspended guide rail to move back and forth, and the diamond shaving knife trims the grinding disc precisely, so that the grinding disc gets precise flatness.
