Main uses:
The thinning equipment is mainly used for high speed thinning of precision parts of brittle and rigid materials such as silicon wafers, ceramics, glass, quartz crystal, sapphire, and other semiconductor materials. It is composed of workpiece sucker, sucker spindle and drive assembly, grinding wheel, grinding wheel spindle and drive assembly, lead screw guide feed assembly and other auxiliary accessories.

Suction cup:
Suckers can be divided into electromagnetic suckers and vacuum suckers according to customers' technological requirements. The size of suckers can be customized according to customers' requirements, with a diameter of 320-600mm.
The driving mode of the sucker main shaft is frequency conversion speed regulation and counterclockwise rotation. The speed of the sucker main shaft is adjustable from 3-140 RPM. The speed of the sucker can be changed according to the driving mode supported by the PLC control system according to different technological requirements.
Grinding wheel:
The size of the grinding wheel is determined according to the diameter of the sucker, which is generally 150-170-210-300mm. The granularity of the grinding wheel is customized according to the requirements of the customer on the process.
Grinding wheel spindle and driving assembly:
The grinding wheel spindle adopts precision high-speed rotating motorized spindle, and the driving mode is frequency conversion speed regulation. The speed can be changed according to different technological requirements according to the driving mode supported by the PLC control system and the speed can be adjusted to 3000-8000.
Lead screw feed assembly:
The machine adopts high precision screw and guide rail components, the driving mode is servo drive, according to different materials of the workpiece and process requirements by PLC control of the driving mode and the corresponding change of screw speed, that is, the grinding wheel feed speed, speed 0.001-5mm/min adjustable, control feed precision by high resolution grating ruler detection.
This machine adopts advanced Taiwan brand PLC and touch screen, high degree of automation, man-machine dialogue, simple operation at a glance.
