Working principle and characteristics;
1. The grinding machine is a precision grinding equipment, the grinding product is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the workpiece rotates itself, the workpiece is pressed by gravity pressure, and the workpiece and the grinding disc are relative rotating friction to achieve the purpose of grinding.
2. The disc repairing machine adopts oil-pressure suspended guide rail and diamond shaving knife to precisely trim the grinding disc, so that the grinding disc can obtain precise flatness.

High precision polishing machine equipment features:
1. The flatness of the grinding disc can reach ±0.002mm; The flatness of the workpiece with a diameter of 50mm can reach 1/4 wavelength.
2. The grinding machine can be pressurized by pressing the weight block, and the pressure is adjustable;
