Equipment principle:
1. The grinding machine is a precision grinding equipment, the grinding product is placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the workpiece disc rotates along the direction of the grinding disc, the workpiece is pressed by the way of weight pressure, and the workpiece and the grinding disc are relative rotating friction to achieve the purpose of grinding.
2. The disc repairing machine adopts oil-pressure suspended guide rail and diamond disc repairing knife for precision dressing of the grinding disc, so that the grinding disc can obtain a very precise flatness.

Equipment features:
1, frequency conversion control, soft start, soft stop, small impact, reduce workpiece damage.
2, the series of grinding machine adopts PLC program control, touch screen operation panel, grinding disk rotation and timing and grinding time can be directly input on the touch screen, speed is adjustable, easy to operate.
3, the use of imported deceleration motor to ensure the stability and life of the equipment, to ensure the precision requirements of the workpiece.
4, grinding machine workpiece pressure using cylinder lifting weight lifting pressure, grinding workpiece surface flatness can be controlled in the range of ±0.002mm (φ20mm).
5, the workpiece plate has the function of decelerating motor active drive, the speed is adjustable.
6, the equipment is set up three stations, can be polishing and grinding of 3 groups of products at the same time.
