How it works:
1. The grinding and polishing equipment is precision grinding and polishing equipment. The grinding and polishing materials are placed on the grinding disc, the grinding disc rotates against the clock, the correction wheel drives the workpiece to rotate, the pressurizing cylinder and the pressurizing block exert pressure on the workpiece, and the workpiece and the grinding disc make relative running friction to achieve the purpose of grinding and polishing.
2. Generally, the way of polishing disk is to use electroplating dressing wheel to shave, this way the shave is not ideal, through our dressing mechanism after shaving, flatness can reach ±0.002mm

Special points:
1. The pressure of the series grinding machine parts adopts the way of pressing the weight block and lifting the cylinder, and the pressure is adjustable;
