Equipment features:

1. The operation of the grinding machine is driven by 4 motors, which can speed the upper grinding disc, the lower grinding disc, the gear ring and the sun wheel separately to make the grinding reach the optimal speed ratio. The sun wheel can be stepless speed regulation relative to the other three speeds, so that the cruise ship can realize the positive rotation, reversal, to meet the needs of different grinding and disk repair processes
2. The grinding machine is the lifting mode of the lower grinding disc. The high and low position of the lower grinding disc can stay in the total stroke range and self-lock, so as to meet the needs of changing the meshing high and low position of the cruise ship

 

3. The grinding machine adopts four stages of pressure, namely light pressure, medium pressure, heavy pressure, repair operation process
4. Grinding machine adopts PLC program control system, touch screen operation panel, motor adopts frequency control, motor speed and running time directly input touch screen
5. The grinding machine adopts grating thickness control system. The grinding amount is automatically controlled by the controller according to the set value. In the grinding process, the equipment automatically stops when the size controller reaches the set value. Dimension controller detection accuracy 0.001mm.
